Joining MAF
Membership is open to anyone who supports the purpose and goals of the Midwives Association of Florida. Members receive quarterly newsletters, a directory listing, and are added to our email list. You will also receive legislative updates as they are available in our member only area of the web site. New content is being added to the members only area every week to give you access to the information and resource you need as a professional member.
Our membership is broken into different levels and is based on your family’s income. You can subscribe on the internet through Paypal. We understand in these difficult financial times, paying for your dues may be hard in one lump some – so we are offering a new way to pay your dues in a monthly subscription to MAF. In addition, as a fundraiser you are able to add $1 or $3 to your monthly subscription to help with our lobbyist efforts at the state level to prepare for Sunset review of the Department of Health.
You may still pay your annual dues (due every January) in one payment via Paypal here, You can also send in your payment to MAF directly via US Mail if you do not want use paypal (your membership to the web site will be delayed until received). The following membership options are self renewing – so your MAF membership will always be current! You monthly donation, if chosen, may be tax deductible.
